Monique ter Haar
Monique appreciates the focus on alignment and therapeutic benefits which the Iyengar method brings to yoga practice. She is dedicated to guiding others in developing their personal understanding of the benefits of yoga, and experiencing how yoga can cultivate our strength and compassion on and off the mat. Monique is passionate about revealing our capacity to heal ourselves from within and continues to train in the Iyengar tradition, as well as other mind and body healing modalities.
